AppleTree & Gilden Woods is a Trustworthy Choice for Lansing Families
Hey, moms and dads out there – you guys are amazing! You work so hard to keep those awesome kids of yours healthy, safe, and thriving. Part of that is choosing the best option for your family in childcare. So, why AppleTree & Gilden Woods?
Having these wonderful kids can make it really hard to send them to childcare or preschool. The thought of leaving my little babies with someone else terrified me until I found a worthy childcare provider.
AppleTree & Gilden Woods Early Care and Preschool love welcoming families into their schools. They do everything they can to make these transitions easy, safe, and even fun.
Now my son and I both love when he goes off to “school.” AppleTree & Gilden Woods staff takes extra care to help new friends feel welcome and safe, so you can head to work confident that your kids are in good hands.
3 Ways Childcare at AppleTree & Gilden Woods is Fun, Safe, and Easy
Providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children and families they serve is the priority at AppleTree & Gilden Woods. Here are some ways this continues to ring true for Lansing area families:
1 – One-Stop Drop off and Pick-up
AppleTree & Gilden Woods offers care for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years old and offers transportation for your school-aged child to and from school
Multiple drop-off locations and times can make days very difficult for working parents.
AppleTree & Gilden Woods offers care for children ages 6 weeks to 10 so you’ll only need to stop once in the morning and once at pick up. All us third-row seating vehicle moms said – Amen!
Jokes aside, this is a hard road to navigate when you’ve got multiple kids going in many different directions at times. Thankfully, Apple Tree & Gilden Woods make this easy.
2 – You Can Virtually Check on Them Anytime
You’ll never have to wonder what your kids are doing throughout the day. At AppleTree & Gilden Woods you can check in on them at any time with their live streaming camera system.
Grab your phone or get on your computer to watch your kids playing and learning with their friends. It calms my heart to know what they are doing whenever I want to “visit” their classroom throughout the day.
They also offer electronic daily sheets that recap your child’s day. It’s a report card of sorts you can check throughout the day to see what they have eaten, if they’ve rested, what centers they have explored, and so much more. It is helpful to know you’re up-to-date on what they are learning and taking in each day.
3 – All-in-One Place Care – From Nurturing to Learning
I’m a planner, so the thought of having a safe and reliable place that focuses on learning until 10 years old is fantastic.
Kids in the K-Prep Program for Preschoolers and Young Fives will learn academic basics and character values.
Enrichment classes are also part of your tuition. Children are provided special lessons in Spanish, Technology, Fitness, and S.T.E.M. which use hands-on learning about our complex world.
AppleTree & Gilden Woods provides before and after school care with homework help, outdoor play, games, crafts, reading, and snacks!
They are also flexible during this unconventional school year and support distance learning.
But what about summer break? AppleTree & Gilden Woods has special Explorer Camps that include fun and educational activities along with exciting virtual field trips, crafts, games, meals, and snacks.
