10th Annual Shawhaven Lamb Festival

We have baby lambs and their so darn cute! You’ve got to come on out and visit with the babies. Last year there was 154 lambs in the barn. You will be able to see lambs from 3 weeks old to new born. In 2013 we had a set of quadruplet lambs, which happens once in a million. Join us for Farm Fresh Fun!

Sheep/Barn Activities

  1. ANIMAL VIEWING AREA — Lambs, goats, chickens and rabbits.

  2. PICTURE AREA — Have your picture taken holding a lamb.

  3. HEATED BARN — For Event Barn Activities.

  4. FREE FOR KIDS — coloring pictures, dying their own piece of wool
    and face painting.

  5. DEMONSTRATIONS — Craftsman doing demonstrations of  weaving, spinning and felting with wool. There
    will be woolen items for sale which include raw wool, pelts, roving, yarn, socks, dog beds, natural wool cat toys and so much more.

  6. HOURS — Open 10am to 5pm on Saturdays and 12pm to 5pm on Sunday
  7. TICKETS — $6 per person, kids under
    2 are FREE.

  8. FARM TRAIN RIDES — $2 per adult,
    $1 for kids 2-16, under 2 FREE.

  9. SNACK AREA AVAILABLE

Events are inside, so rain or shine come join us for “Farm Fresh Fun.” Let us share our farm with you and your family.
