Public Planetarium Show: Jupiter Up Close
Thursday, November 14, 2019
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Jupiter is the largest planet in our grand solar system, and it holds many mysteries beneath its clouds and throughout its dozens of moons. Even though Jupiter orbits nearly 500 million miles away from the Sun, NASA and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory challenged themselves to send a space probe to the gas giant and see what answers they could find. This spacecraft, named Juno, arrived at Jupiter in 2016 and has witnessed one fantastic sight after another. Join us for an exploration of Juno’s journey and see the wonders of Jupiter for yourself!
