Camp begins with player evaluations, allowing coaches to draft balanced teams for a week of skill-building and competition. Participants will develop offensive skills, defense, and rebounding through daily instruction, compete in contests with awards, and finish with a championship tournament where every team plays. The cost is $150 per session, with camp hours running 9 AM–4 PM Monday–Thursday and 9 AM–12 PM on Friday; each camper receives a jersey and should bring gym clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a packed lunch, with the week wrapping up in a Friday program for players and parents.

Training Camp
This 3-day Training Camp is designed for ages 10+ and focuses on tumbling, stunting, and dance choreography. Sessions run Tuesday–Thursday from 8:30 AM–5 PM, with dates June 23–25 and July 21–23. Receive a $100 discount when you register for a second camp.
