Lansing Parks and Rec KIDS CAMP 2019

Experience Lansing with 8 different weekly camps of non-stop fun, with 5 convenient locations across Lansing to choose from. Weekly field trips, a field trip shirt, daily breakfast, and lunch are included in the price of camp.

Our fun themes this year include Boredom Busters, Leggo My Eggo, Oopy Gloopy and a Little Loopy, Party in the USA, Summer Spooktacular, and more! From sports, arts and crafts, team building, special guests, the list goes on!

Summer is the perfect time to get outdoors and discover the wonders of nature! Fenner’s “Go Wild Day Camp” blends exciting games, art, scientific inquiry, and lots of outdoor discovery in ways that will inspire naturalists of all ages!

2019 camp sessions will run from June 17-August 16. Half-day preschool camps are open to children ages 4-5 and run from 9am-12pm. Full day camps, from 9am-4pm, are open to children who have completed Kindergarten through 8th grade. Registration begins on March 1st for Fenner Conservancy members. Registration for non-members begins April 1st.

Scholarships are available for those who demonstrate need.

Media Summer Camps - MSU

Michigan State University Media Summer Camps are pre-college programs for high school students in media and technology topics including game design, 3D animation, and eSports. These types of trips impact our lives, grow us as humans, and create lasting memories. Is your child excited to get away for a bit this summer? Camp Lookout in Frankfort, MI mission is to keep the wonder alive in your youth. Here campers will learn to unplug fro the electronic world we live in, make friends, and experience nature and camp life in a safe and fun environment.

Ebersole hosts groups of 35 or more that want to experience a unique Summer Camp? This option is great for Homeschooling groups, Churches, Band Camps, and Family Reunions. I have to admit, this sounds pretty awesome for a family reunion Summer Camp! I went here as a kid through my school and it was awesome! You’ll leave with unforgettable great memories.

GRkids.com has done a lot of research on fun and great places to send your kids this summer. Click the “Sleep Away” tab to find all of their options and contact info.

Kzookids.com has done the work for us and found fun and safe options for overnight camps. Camp Kidwell and 4-H Camp are a couple of options. Check out their list to see what works great for your family. Contact info and details are included.

Nike Rugby Camp – U of M is for athletes ages 14 – 18 with commuting opportunities available. This overnight summer camp runs June 28 – June 30, 2019.

Wildwood Ranch has age appropriate camps and serves children ages eight through fifteen for our overnight camps. Located less than an hour from Lansing.
